Select products by adding them to your cart. Modify quantities during checkout. Enter any discount codes you may have or login to automatically change the overall cost of your order. Enter your shipping address information. Pay using one of our multiple checkout payment methods. Customers will receive two emails about their order; 1) an email with your order details, 2) an email containing tracking information when it becomes available. Orders will be processed as soon as they are received and products will be created fresh to order. In most cases, products ship and customers are provided with tracking information within 2 business days of ordering.

No returns or refunds accepted. We don’t accept order cancellations or changes to an order after it has been processed. Products are made fresh at the time of ordering. Most products require 12 – 24 hours to cure after creation. We will do everything in our power to correct any issue you may have. All of our handmade bath products are made fresh to order and we do not carry stock of any these products. Accessory items may be out of stock from time to time.

We strive to create and pack our products in a conscientious and safe manner. Our products are; well-labeled, packed in a green fashion, shipped fast, shipped with tracking, and shipped the most affordable way possible, unless requested by the customer to be shipped faster. Several shipping options are provided during checkout.

In very rare cases bath bombs may not cure properly or may expand and fissure or form cracks around the mold line. This is only a cosmetic flaw and does not affect the product for normal use.

We have shipped our products to friends and family that live all over the world, especially near the equator, no one has reported any damage or melting of our products.

Shipping

We currently ship through the USPS (United States Postal Service) using First-Class, Priority Mail, Flat Rate and Ground services. We are currently looking into shipping with DHL, UPS, FedEx as well as Independent Drivers.

We currently only ship within the United States. We unfortunately do not ship to any US territories, Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands, Hawaii or Alaska. We are currently researching international shipping methods at this time.

Please email or call ahead of time and make sure you have an appointment or scheduled pick-up time. If you live extremely close, we may be able to deliver it to you! Yes, please make sure you forward or print out your emailed receipt and give this to whoever will be picking up the item. Your order or receipt is required for verification during pick-up.
