We ship through the USPS (United States Postal Service) using First-Class, Priority Mail and Ground services. We are currently looking into shipping with DHL, UPS, FedEx as well as Independent Drivers.

Economy / Local / Weight-Based / General Shipping:
$5.30 base rate, plus $1.25 per pound thereafter, up to a total of 3lbs.

Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders weighing more than 48 oz or 3lbs will be shipped using flat rate boxes. Current USPS Flat Rates can be viewed here.

Shipping Information:
Products usually ship within 24-48 hours after ordering, with USPS® First Class, Ground or USPS® Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes®. Typical maximum shipping times are 2 business days to California and New York and 1 business day to Chicago with flat rate shipping. Ground times may be 5 business days to California and New York and 2 business day to Chicago. Some products, special offers, kits and sample boxes ship free of charge.

Shipment Tracking:
Every order is shipped with tracking information. You will receive an email confirming your shipment as well as a link to track your package via web or text messages. After tracking a package on the USPS Tracking® web site you may register to receive Text Tracking™ on a tracking number by tracking number basis.

Local Pick-Up:
We are located in Gurnee, IL 60031 – Orders may be picked up in person if you live within the vicinity of our service area. Please email or call ahead of time and make sure you have an appointment or scheduled pick-up time. If you live extremely close, we may be able to deliver it to you! We don’t accept order cancellations or changes to an order after it has been processed. Products are made fresh at the time of ordering. Most products require 12 – 24 hours to cure after creation. We will do everything in our power to correct any issue you may have. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issue with your order during or after checkout.
