My Heat Therapy Bag is made from 100% cotton and provides natural pain relief and comfort. Microwave safe. Use it Warm or Cold. Keep it in the freezer as an ice pack or heat it the microwave.
Materials: Cotton, Unscented White Rice.
Who Can Use: Ages 5 and up.
How To Use Cold: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour in zip lock bag. Rest bag on sore areas. Repeat as necessary.
How To Use Hot: Place bag flat inside microwave. Also place mug of water inside microwave to help rice avoid getting to dry. Do not get bag wet. Microwave on high for 1 minute, flip and shake the bag and continue heating for 30 seconds or 1 minute. Make sure it is the right temperature before applying to your skin. Microwave wattage varies, set a time under 2 minutes that is a perfect temperature for yourself. These rice packs retain heat for up to 30 minutes.
Care: Spot clean only. Do not wash.
